The sustainability movement has resulted in improved energy efficiency and positive environmental impacts. Unfortunately, the unintended consequence of ‘tight’ building is often unhealthy indoor air quality. Toxins in our buildings affect air quality and are often a result of water damage in buildings of every type, age and price range.
