We are what we eat, but what are we eating?  Katherine Reid, PhD biochemist takes us on an intriguing journey of how she was able to manage her daughter’s autistic behaviors through dietary changes. She reveals an association between a common ingredient in modern diets and many chronic illnesses that plague developed countries. Katherine tells the story that led to her founding Unblind My Mind, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people improve their health through improved diet.
